Orders and Returns Policy

Orders are processed and completed prior to pick-up. Please allow 24 hours for orders to process prior to pick-up once order is placed. Weights and sizes are approximate. Please indicate your desired weight and we will match it as closely as possible with available stock. All beef cuts are Dry Aged for 14 days, USDA Inspected, Frozen & Individually Vacuum Packaged. We do not accept returns except under special circumstances due to the perishable nature of our product and food safety.
